This legal notice identifies who operates nodraskin.com (the "Site") and sets out the legal information that applies to your use of it. It is provided to satisfy information requirements under UK law (including the Companies Act 2006 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002) and equivalent EU rules, including the German DDG (Impressum) requirements for visitors from Germany and Austria.

2. Hosting
The Site is hosted on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify International Limited, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, and Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 2L8, Canada.
3. Our products
Products sold on the Site are cosmetics within the meaning of the UK Cosmetics Regulation and EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. They are intended solely to moisturise, soften, perfume and improve the appearance and feel of skin. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Full ingredient lists are published on the product pages and printed on the packaging. Questions about cosmetic compliance can be addressed to legal@nodraskin.com.
4. No medical advice
Nothing on the Site, including blog content, FAQ answers, customer reviews and references to published research, constitutes medical advice. References to scientific studies relate to ingredients in general, are provided for education only, and are not claims about our products. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist about any skin condition, allergy, or use during pregnancy or on infants.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the Nodra Skin name and logo, text, photography, video, illustrations, page layouts and code, is owned by or licensed to Nodra Skin and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, scraping, framing or commercial use requires our prior written consent. Customer photos and reviews are published with the customer's permission and remain subject to these restrictions.
6. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or free of errors at all times. Product appearance may vary slightly from photography, and natural products vary between batches. Information on the Site does not constitute a binding offer; the contractual process is described in our Terms of Sale. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
7. External links
The Site may link to external websites, including published research databases and social platforms. We have no control over external content and accept no responsibility for it. At the time each link was created, no unlawful content was identifiable; if we become aware that a linked site contains unlawful content, we will remove the link.
8. Site availability and security
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or error, and we may restrict access for maintenance. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to extract data from it.
9. Liability
Your statutory rights, and the limits and carve-outs that apply to our liability, are set out in our Terms of Sale, which apply to all purchases. In relation to your use of the Site itself, we accept liability without limit for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for fraud; beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on Site content or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Online dispute resolution and complaints
We are not obliged to participate in, and do not participate in, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We resolve complaints directly: email hello@nodraskin.com and a human will reply within one business day, and you can ask for any decision to be escalated for fresh review. UK consumers can obtain free advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk). Your rights to bring court proceedings are described in our Terms of Sale.
